Simple to use:
Place a small amount in your hands, gently rub together to form a luscious foam. Apply to your hair starting at the roots and working your way through to the ends. Rinse and repeat. Follow with volume conditioner and apply a 20 cent amount evenly throughout mid-lengths to ends. Additional conditioner can be applied longer to the ends for extra conditioning effect. 

Key Ingredients: Gentle Coconut Cleansers, Plant-Based Protein, Panthenol (Pro-Vitamin B5), Bio-Lipids, Argan Oil, Macadamia Oil, Heat and UV Inhibitors.

These products are perfect if like me after having children your hair has thinned significantly, will prevent breakage aswell, is also gentle on hair that is coloured!
I also absolutely love that is sulfate, sodium and paraben free!
